You may deactivate your account at any time. Kollect reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email if we terminate your account.

Kollect reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify pricing and features without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. KOLLECT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

12. Account Disputes

In the event of a dispute over account ownership, premium accounts will be awarded to the party with the most recent payment on file. Free accounts will be awarded to the party who originally signed up for the account, unless sufficient evidence is provided to prove otherwise.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
